Tom mediates cases in situations in which one or all parties have attorneys and in cases in which parties
represent themselves (pro se). Tom has developed a method of
of mediating family law cases in which the parties do not have attorneys that enables the parties to finalize
their fivorce, with a final order, without engaging a private attorney to prepare the final order. This allows
parties to have a very cost-efficient divorce while, at the same time, affording them the peace of mind
of having a conforming final order pepared by a knowledgeable Texas attorney.
